About Us

Full Property Service Inspection’s owner/operator Perry Maness has spent his professional career acquiring the skills to provide the very best property inspection service available. His father taught him the basics of the construction trade and he went on to master every aspect of the business – as a laborer-mechanic, grade checker, equipment operator, carpenter, plumber, concrete finisher, field foreman / superintendent and then on to management. In addition to managing his father's companies he owned his own general contracting company for more than 15 years, Perry finally made the transition to full-time property inspections. He is proud to offer Southern California the benefit of Full Service Property Inspections, a company dedicated to an easy, “one-stop shopping” home inspection experience.

Full Service Property Inspections is fully licensed, insured and bonded.

Meet Desiree Pruss

Desiree is Full Service Property Inspections office manager and customer service representative. She has been a professional career woman for over years specializing in customer service, sales and managing office operations. Desiree has extensive knowledge & work experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety industry and grew up in the residential building & construction environment. Desiree’s father was in the residential construction business all his life and taught her at a very early age the many challenging phases involved with the construction & building industry. Desiree’s hands on experience includes building several custom homes from the ground to completion with her father.

Desiree has also served as a community volunteer for over 12 years on several home owners associations as President, Treasurer and Secretary and is very well versed in CC&R regulations, HOA bi-laws, reading and approving Architectural plans, obtaining building permits, etc. Desiree is dedicated & committed to make your experience working with Full Service Property Inspections a professional, pleasurable and enjoyable experience.
